Front timing cover crank seal
Its now the 3rd time its been in the same shop and it is still leaking, its the round seal around the crank that sits just inside the timing cover, anyone have the correct part number for the correct seal and or the correct procedure for installation. ive told these guys several times to clean the crank so it is free of any oil before they install it but they donot listen to me, i dont know why.. there are no grooves so a redi sleeve is not needed, the second time they installed it it didnt leak, but they had to redo it again because they never sealed the timing cover correctly, now the timing cover is sealed but the crank seal is leaking again. its always a 3 day wait for parts????I just dont get these guys. id like to order the part myself.
