Front end low speed growl

Any thoughts on low speed front end growl. The wheel bearings and u-joints have been replaced. Noise goes away when the brake pedal is pressed. Everything is tight and the front diff is clean and lube changed regularly. Had the truck on jack stands and the noise does not present. Wheels must be loaded to produce the sound. Truck has 195000 miles 99 2500 Ram quad w 8' bed cummins

i am having almost the same issue with mine right now...I have replaced everything in the front end except the wheel hub bearings and tires.....I think it's the wheel hub bearing. Mine stops when turning to the right under load and changes/stops when applying the brakes.

I get the same kinda noise, but I believe mine is from the tires. What are you running for tires on your truck?

I've had Hankook M&S LT265/75R16 tires on for a couple of years now. Great tires as far as wear and traction go. I swap them out in the warmer months. They get put on in October and off in late April. I've run them this way for the past three years at least. The wheel bearings(hub bearings) were just replaced in September. I had a very short peroid of time where the noise quieted down but never went away fully. Also if I grease the axle U-joints the noise quiets down but never goes away fully. I should swap out the tires and see if that eliminates the noise. I'll be away till next week at which time I'll see if that does anything

Finally found the problem. First the tires were due to come off and found both front rims were bent. While the truck was up for the tire removal I started moving this and that with a pry bar and found the end links on the track bar worn out. So was it one or a combination I'll never know but the growl went away
