fluid leak, no brakes
well i have a 99 that i guess has no brakes, i actually drove the truck last night and it was fine, i knew it had a leak but i was pretty sure it was power steering. it would growl when started (really cold) or sometimes when turning. Mother was driving it today and she said it wouldnt stop, actually she hit a freezer anyone have any idea?

Brakes and steering are tied together.
Brake booster gets its vacuum from the power steering pump.
(or something like that)
I know it's impossible to steer while stepping on the brake.
Check your power steering.
