FASS - Apology to Diesel-Dan

To all whom had read my "snide" remarks about the FASS system. I apologize, especially to Diesel Dan who is (I'm sure) have a go at helping his customers with issues.

Apologetically,

Joe Mc

Hey thanks. I'm here to have some fun and maybe help a fellow american in need. So I ticked someone off - it's bound to happen sooner or later. I've never met Dan and didn't intend to bash him personally, it was just perceived that way. I had a friend stuck on the roadside 5th wheel travel trailer in tow on vacation that got a crock (not from Dan) but from "some other supplier" and he was basically lucky he had a stock Carter to Jurry rig up to get him home. So, I was wrong to ___ in Dan's Cheerios - unintentially - but still I did.

Great to still be here

Good for you Joe Mc.

Dan is an upright guy that believes in his product and will go above and beyond to help folks with problems. Matter of fact, if you know Dan, he'll go out of his way to help you with most anything related to your truck.

Joe,
Water under the bridge...and as i told you in my PM, im sorry im I was short in any way myself. Unrelated issues were stressing me a bit yesterday....Thanks for the PM....you didnt have to do this, but its appricated.

We all get a bad apple now and then....its going to happen! Opinions will form from it. BUT its my job to keep our units working as best as they can from my end with as little collateral damage as possible.

ALSO...these computers don’t translate emotions very well. You have to read it at face value and one will take it the way it looks....some times incorrectly.

Ford, Chevy and Dodge seem to be doing well….i don’t see way we can live with more options of fuel pumps…...

Like i said in my PM....consider this a hand shake!

Handshake back at you Dan.

I have to say my reply (that started this) was righfully deleted from firedog12's thread and I asked that it be PM'd to me - after reviewing it - I agree it was in no way helpful - 100% sarcasm - as I said in my PM back to you "sometimes the mouth works before the brain".

If I saw a comment like mine in a thread started by a customer of mine I would have taken it as a personal attack also.

Like you said water under the bridge.

I still can't get over that you actually said FFF Ford and ChChCh Chevy in the same sentance with Dodge

Later on guys

If Dan mentions those two again, (you know, those that aren't DODGE) in twenty-four hours, it is time for an intervention.

Sitting him in a chair in front of a slide projector showing the utter destruction and frustration of owners, their hopes and dream shattered...you know the stuff. Anyone will break when subjected to that....the soundtrack of Duramax and Powerstrokes destructing....it's not pretty and I hope it isn't necessary......

Okay, okay, enough of the mushy stuff. This is starting to turn into an Oprah / View / Dr. Phil thread.

We can't have that! We are manly men!

(CIN and all other ladies included in the manly men comment. ).

Get a warning from the Admin - and see how manly we men really are - I could have been an idiot and continued but, Dan's having a go at it and I was being a big enough idiot as it was - Oh by the way I love Quiche - especially the vegitable type

90% of communication is body language/ inflection, etc. 10% is verbal.
It is almost impossible to get the proper meaning across with just typed words (but smilies do help!).

I love my Fass. Went from looking at the FP gauge every few minutes to glancing at it a couple times a day. Trouble free and dosn't budge.
