Factory lift measurements needed please!

I'm looking to change out the lift on my truck, both front and back springs. I want to keep my current height but can't go any higher at all as I won't fit in my parking garage. The "not so wonderful" lift was on the truck when I purchased it so I don't know which one it is as they came in 3, 4, 4.5, 5 and 6 inches of lift. I have a full ranch-hand replacement front bumper which probably weighs about 400lbs and this will also cause the springs to sag some.

I was hoping someone with a factory (no lift or leveling kit) 2nd Gen Dodge CTD 4x4 would take some measurements from the following points:
1. on the front and rear -measure from the bottom of the frame to top of the axle tube in as straight of a line as possible.

I'm hoping this will give me a reference and starting point to which I can then decide on 4, 5 or 6" springs to keep my same height. Any comments or suggestion would be apprecaited. Thank you!!!

With my bone stock suspension checked on all 4 corners,
Front- From top of tube to bottom of lip on upper spring holder is 16 1/2". I've been plowing for a few years so not sure if it's sagged at all, looks about the same looking back at old pictures.

Rear- From top of tube to bottom of frame is 10 1/2". Camper package, not sure if that matters for height. Have fun.

I'm @ 21 1/4" from the top of the axle tube to the bottom outside lip of the top spring housing. I think 5" springs will be my replacement. Anyone else able to find this measurement? Thanks.
