While I was driving up a fairly long (1 mi) (10% grade) somewhat steep stretch of road I caught a glimps of what I thought was the momentary flicker of the Check Engine (pic of engine) light. Could I have tickled the high end of the EGT's. I was traveling (unloaded) about 90 MPH and climbing before I let off. No codes were set.

I think I'll be installing guages soon!

I hav'nt seen that one before. Sounds like gauges would be a good idea. CJ

Gauges would be a good idea. What in the world were you doing climbing a hill that fast? Beating a ford or chevy, right?

None of the Rams can monitor egt. I would have the truck scanned and see what code is stored.

Just turn the key on and off 3 times and on the third time, leave it on. It will show you the codes in your odometer display.
