Exhaust pipe to Turbo connection

The truck I just bought is running very well and powerfull. But it is very noisy. I was told in this forum that maybe previous owner removed the muffler. I checked on it today...Muffler is there....But, while I was checking the muffler, I realized that pipe moves around alot...I only see one hinge holding it between turbo and tail pipe...Anyway, I followed the muffler all the way to turbo and found out that, where pipe connects to turbo is very loose. As I move the the pipe, I can see it very clearly. Previous owner just has the manifold replaced, I suspect mechanic didn't tighten it very well...I am gonna see if I can get same shop do the work under warranty...
Question, Is it ok to drive like this to mechanic....?
Howmany total hinges should it supposed to hold the pipe from turbo to tail pipe?
Thanks in advance...
