Engine Vibration

Engine Vibration
I noticed an engine vibration this morning while sitting in park & neutral. It seems like a loping vibration. What i mean by that is, it is not continuous. I have 222,000 miles on the 99. I do believe my vp44 is on its way out. Could this be the culprit, or something more serious? Thanks for any help!! CAPTCOOL
