Engine missing between 1000 and 1800 rpm

I have an irregular engine miss between 1000 and 1800 rpm. The engine idles smoothly and the misses seem to disappear above 1800-2000.

So far, I've done the following -
1. Tightened down a leaking injector line block bolt - leak stopped.
2. Changed air and fuel filters.
3. Checked for codes via scanner and 3xkey on - there are none.
4. Reset timing parameters on Edge Pulse, removed & reinstalled it.
5. Checked fuel lines for leaks, replaced a seeping return line.
6. Checked oil for fuel contamination, popped valve cover and looked for fuel leaks before injectors.
7. Tightened clamps on intake hoses from turbo.
8. Checked air horn for leaks and tightened bolts.

It might be bad fuel, but this is the second tank, purchased from a different dealer. Could be one or more injectors - I have the Bosch RV's with only 30K miles. Could be low compression in a cylinder, but I use Mobil-1 or Shell synthetic, Stratapore filters, don't tow much, and don't abuse the engine - and it seems too irregular for a bad cylinder.

One thing I've noticed - sometimes when you start it up it runs fine for fifteen or twenty minutes, and then the miss starts.

Any suggestions? further things to check out? Thanks.

Fuel pressure is 20 at idle, 17 at speed, 13 at WOT (gauge and 2 lift pumps, stock, and a 7 psi Holley Red at the tank).

I thought lazy injectors showed up at idle - because of the low pressures. There's no miss at all at idle, only above idle to just past peak torque. Above 2000 rpm, nothing I can notice.

Did you try running it without the edge box?
