Electrical - fuse problem in Nicaragua?

I am in Nicaragua with my 2000 RAM 2500 diesel 4X4. Everything was functioning perfectly until a storm hit. My truck may have received a small lighnening hit during the storm. 40% of the time I start truck the ABS break and break light light are on and no power windows or air conditioning, horn, etc work. Then I pull the engine fuse which kills the engine and then replace fuse and re-start truck and the ABS break light and break light are NOT on and the air conditioner and left power window works (right power window does not work nor power locks or horn).

There are no dealers down here. Suggestions? g.e.adams@sbcglobal.net

I have no idea what the problem is, but if you figure it out and need parts, I'll be glad to get them and ship them to you.
