EGTs, not quite comfortable
So, I do not have a heavy modded truck. I put a 6k travel trailer in NM and colorado. It seems on semi windy days on grades not too steep I can hit the magic 1200 when I would like to push the petal for more but dont. I have the 4"exhaust and a AFE OEM style air filter. If this is a issue, I could not imagine with some 80hp sticks even with a super b. My hy just doesnt do it with out mods. Its perplexing. Anyt houghts on cooling with current set up.
Oh, I have not put a jhook in yet. Would that do it.

I think a lot of it is your current turbo--the HY-35 isn't much turbo. Also, doesn't it only have a 9 cm2 housing? If so, maybe you could get a 12 cm2 housing relatively cheap from someone who upgraded their HX-35 to hold you over until you get the Super B.
