Herb, play it safe and order a set from Rod, should be around 275.00/set and you will get the original BOSCH injector not a knock off.

Why risk it?

Remember most stuff bought out of ebay DOESN'T have any kind of warranty! Most of the stuf on ebay is someone elses junk or poor quality products... Don't get me wrong there are a few good scores out there for products...But hard to find the real product and not a cheap knock off!

If you want quality & warranty you got to stay with the manufacturer! Dodge & Cummins...

You don't see DC selling there warez of Ebay do you? There better than that!

Since you have already upgraded your tranny, I would consider upgrading the injectors to EDM's. Maybe 1.5's or 2's. As was already stated, give Rod a call @ wildcat and tell him what your needs are, he'll get you the right product for the job. BTW I think he has EDM's on sale right now.

EDM stands for electrical discharge machining. It is a very high quality way to manufacture injectors to produce the most power with minimal smoke. One of the members here (Don M) is a guru at this process and provides many distributors with his finished product.

The numbers refer to the injector "size" and Don M or Rod or maybe some of the other distributors on this site would be able to tell you which injector would suit your needs without excess smoke or EGTs. Some injectors just dump in more fuel, raise your EGTs and blow out billows of smoke. Granted, you will make more power, but I'm sure you would like to be as efficient as possible also.

EDMs are said to be the cutting edge for injectors and I have neither heard or read about anybody not being very happy with them. I'd have them myself if I had your tranny. Just make sure you talk to someone very knowledgable about them so they can match them to your mods and your desired usage.

Actually, EDM isn't laser. It's short for electrical discharge machining. Basically, and electrode arcs to the metal while it's all submerged in a fluid (I think some machines use just water, but I'm not sure). This result in tolerances that can't be matched with conventional machining processes (end mill, lathe, etc.).
This concludes machine shop 101.

Herb,

Did you have a chance to talk to anyone? I'm curious what they suggested.

To do a turnbuckle...you need some type of boost-fooler or you'll throw codes for overboost.
