E break sticking on left side

E break sticking on left side

How come me e break will not fully release only on the left if i forget and set it i have to get under the truck and hit the release spring on the back of the wheel cylinder any help would be great.

Possibly a bent or rusted cable. A tire came apart on mine and bent it. I straightened it out and it seems to work OK.
