cylinder head
Anybody know what the tiny hole is on the back right corner of the cylinder head, below the bottom maifold bolt, back toward the cab, on the back edge. It is about 1/4 the size of the freeze plugs.

Re:cylinder head
I think what you are referring to is a freeze plug. The head has a lot of freeze plugs in it. There are some that are about 7/8 diameter, and a lot of small ones that are about 1/4". I have a head off at the shop and will take a look. Is yours a 12 or 24v?

Re:cylinder head
Thanks for the replies. Got a diagram from the dealer today (before I logged on), showed 3 different size freeze plugs, just never seen one that small.
