cold weather no throttle?
my truck runs great when it's warm out but as soon as it gets below 32deg it's a dif story. I turn the key and let the grid heater do its thing crank it up and the check engine light comes on right away and the throttle does not work and when it does it's delayed by a couple seconds. I can put it in the garage and crank up the heat for a little clear the codes and start it up and runs fine shout it off and let it sit over night and it all starts over again. I dont have the codes on hand right now but there is one for the tps voltage to high and now a new one for pcm fault. I'm hoping some one else has had this issue.

Have you tried the easy stuff like recalibrating the TPS? I dont actually know where to start but I know the first thing I and most people do when they see a TPS code is recalibrate the TPS.
By the way, on these trucks we call is an APPS (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor).

Yes I did recalibrate the APPS lol a couple of times on the IAT is this a known problem you've had or is it a guess I would hate to just go replacing stuff. Thanks

Just pull it and clean it with electrical cleaner, free and easy. They can crud up and not read correctly. I clean mine every 25K miles or so...just routine maintenance.
The codes its throwing may help if you can post them.
