cold starting problems
I got a 2001 cummins. Comp box intake exhaust. When I go to istart it,it is slow to start and dies once I get going and leaks a bit of diesel then I try again and it fires right up and runs great. I think the fuel pressure sensor is where the diesel is leaking at. any idea what's causing it to die? Thanks.

It may be getting a whif of air leaking into fuel line when shut down. Generally a air leak allows fuel to syphon back toward tank, and slow start is result. If parking downhill eliminates issue, it is ingesting air when shut down.

If something leaks out, something else can get in. I'd say that is your problem area and should be addressed first. Especially since it is a fuel leak!
