Is code p0622 related to TC lockup Switch?

Ya it goes in line just like a fuse. I got mine from Radio Shack, cant remember the exact specs, if you search the 3rd gen forum you should find exactly what you need.

UPDATE.. Got everything hooked back up today with the resistor in place and stock trans relay back in place.
Happy to say the it works like a charm and NO CODES!

alright i know this is a old thread but i jus put the 33 ohm resistor in and it dosnt work i pulled out of the garage and put in drive and it wouldnt move and thats with the switch off had to take the relay out and put the jumper back in. i have a light on my switch would that mess with it?

get a 33 ohm resistor with a 1/4 watt power rating. the cheapest one will do. I put a terminal on the switch then cut a small jumper and soldered the resistor to it. then i soldered the rest of the wire on the other side. i covered the whole resistor and solder joints with heat shrink tubing. works nice.

I used a double pole-double throw switch on mine....and run an LED on the dash.
It's tricky to hook up a light to come on when engaging a grounded circuit!
Had to ask an electrical engineer friend to diagram it out for me, since I am as electrically challanged as they come!
