code 0237,map sensor

got code 0237, need to know what size socket to use to take off? also what will happen if you drive with this code on? does any body know if napa sells map sensors, are they called another name. thanks

Boost sensor

1-1/4" socket. Need a deepwell or you have to break the end off the sensor (where the wires plug in) to use a standard socket. The replacement sensor will likely have a smaller nut on it.

Got my Boost sensor at auto zone. If you ask for a map sensor they will tell you there is not one made for that engine.

good place to buy a sensor. OEM wants $127.00 for the map sensor.
