Cleaning the IAT sensor

I tried the search but didn't come up with anything....

Anyways, what should be used to clean the IAT? I seem to remember carb cleaner being suggested and was wondering if Chem-dip (like what you soak carborator parts in) was suitable? Also what size socket do i need to remove the sensor?

Thanks and sorry for the repeat question

Re:Cleaning the IAT sensor

The IAT takes a 13/16ths socket. You can clean it with brake cleaner.

Dodge sells new ones for about 27 dollars.
