chugging noise from air box

chugging noise from air box
I'm a first time diesel owner with many questions. Recently had my '02 2500 in the dealership to replace all rockerarms and one pushrod & lifter. Since I picked it up there is a fairly loud chugging noise from the air box. It sounds almost the same as when I had the bent pushrod (not as loud ). The dealership said it was normal. Is it ????

You should hear some sucking, but "chugging"? If you have another dealer around, or a Cummins dealer, ask them. I can hear some serious sucking from mine, but I cut a hole in the cowl for my air filter. ;D<br>No kind of chugging though.<br><br>Chris
