ceramic coating?
wondering if anyone has had their exhaust manifold and/or turbo housing ceramic coated? do you think keeping the heat in the manifold going to the turbo would help boost? performance? ect? any ideas?

A few guys do it. Jet Coating seems to be the leader.

I might try this one on my manifold: http://clmcenterprises.srv08.yourhost.com/uper_hi.htm

i would do my own, i have been powder coating for a year now, just built a bigger oven that goes a higher temp for ceramic coating, did a set of headers for the race car saturday, turns out i have a bit over a pint of the ceramic coating left, so i have been trying to see what i can use it on. may do the Y pipe and pipe on my snowmobile, then i was thinking the truck, but i was wondering about performance gains, or if holding heat in the turbo would lead to pre-mature failure?
