Well I ditched the bottle right after I got my truck, and ran a hose behind the front axle, but just last summer got around to cleaning the radiator....mainly because it never got hot enough in AK to worry about the restriction. Here it's a different story There's a couple pics in my gallery of how dirty it was.

The guy we bought our truck from ran a hose right behind the cab and mounted an old Delo 400 jug for the hose to run into. For the last couple of weeks we have noticed that there has been more smoke coming from it. I thought that it was full or something...but it was fine..
What would cause the extra smoke???

All you need is a 3/4" barbed hose coupler and I used a little over six feet of clear reinforced hose. Ran it from the original bottle location down towrds the rear of the motor, over the top & rear of the front axle, and it hangs down a couple inches below the axle tube.

I dont like oil blowing around from a dangling tube. so I wil be doing the same thing I do on the race cars. the tube will run to an aluminum catch can with a breather filter on iy. with a drain petcock. no mess, easy to clean.
