Had a few guys ask what my block number was on the BBD- well I changed the oil today and decided to clean the engine in behind the oil filter and noticed 53 stamped on the side.
Good thing - bad thing?
I guess at almost 416,000 miles it really doesnt matter huh?

Nothing going yet. The biggest thing going right now is a higher water bill. Takes about a gallon in 50 miles. I will get something, I have a receipt but did not purchase it from Cummins. With an open receipt for the purchase of a "new" 5.9 long block, it is a shoe in sooner or later.
