Big LINE Relo kit with OE LIFT PUMP

it's necessary install the big line relo kit with a stock LP?? or going only with standard relo kit?
I saw the 2 relo kit on GENO'S 62$ / 114$
i only want know if the big line is helpful or not with a stock LP?or if it's a good mod for a future upgrade...I'm planning on a FASS 95 but lately...

thanks guys!

The bigline kit will help the relocated standard LP. The banjos suck. I went with larger banjos first (drilled out) and noticed about 1lb improvement at all throttle levels. But the bigline kit really helped the most, especially at WOT. The Carter pumps still sucked and I had no better longevity it seemed so after fighting a couple, I went aftermarket with a Walbro. Cheaper than a fass and quieter. It's your money. Do it right the first time.

You can install the big line with a stock LP. That's what I had done. I have a "Parker" store near me that I was able to get all the AN fittings and diesel fuel hose to make one myself and did it that way. Then when I went with the Walbro, it was just a pump bracket replacement with a new pump and I just re-used the big-line already installed.

The big-line kit should help the Carter. But mine were still not stable or solid so after a year of the relocated Carter and my big-line, I dumped the Carters completely. But it worked fine for awhile.

The Airtex pumps a re a good quality replacement for stock applications. Relocation of the pump and going to at least 1/2" line on the inlet will do wonders for fuel pressure.

I've never used an Airtex myself, but hear good things about them. Putting an Airtex on the frame and changing the lines and going with AN fittings instead of banjos may be a good solution that could last awhile as you save up for a FASS or Walbro.

Good luck with your project.
