Belt Tensioner Pulley problem
Well the plastic pulley on the tensioner fell off. It was hanging on by a hose clamp lol. If it wasnt for that and a slightly shinyer serpintine belt I wouldve never noticed it. The bearing is still on, I dont know if it can still spin freely or not. I have a replacement pulley, no thanks to the Chrysler dealership, and was just wondering what all I have to do to replace it. I dont want to take the tensioner out if at all possible. Im big into working smarter not hader so I figured I'd give this post a try before I started. Thanks guys!

I was able to change the pulley on the tensioner without removing the whole contraption. First remove the belt and pivot the tensioner up to expose the torx bolt that holds the pulley. I used a 3/8” drive T55 socket but because of space limitations the 3/8” drive ratchet handle does not fit. Gripping the T55 torx in channel lock pliers was the key.
