Do you drive faster? Accelerate Faster? Slam on the brakes? Idle a lot? Tire sizes the same? Tire pressures the same?
There are a lot of variables in MPG, the biggest of which is the driver, I get about what you do in town, I drive harder than some, easier than others...

A few things to help fuel mileage...
- Slow down If you can... There is no need to drive faster than 65 MPH
- Check tire pressures. Some where around 55-65 PSI is good.
- Accelerate slowly. Try to keep your boost level low.
- Plug in your truck at night. Cold engine consumes a large amount of fuel to warm up.
- Inspect and clean you IAT sensor.
- Use your cruise control as much as possible but at lower speeds (55 / 65 MPH)
- Keep your loads light if possible.

Don;t forget the gear ratio's will have a profound difference on the MPG, as well ( I just discovered ) the addition of a cap (topper) or any air obstructing add on like racks, etc. Addind a cap took my 96 auto with 4.10's from 14-15 down to 12 ish MPG with no other changes- and removal was just that easy!
