I had a check engine light with 0122 code. Did an APPS reset and they disappeared for a month but are now back. Truck runs fine. Checked voltage at the PCM and it was .538. Tag on APPS says .562. Should I be getting a code with this difference? Can it be adjusted out? The screws are so tight I can't budge them with a torx and would like a little input before I try vice grips. Is changing an APPS just a straight nut and bolt operation? How much should I expect to pay for a new one and are they a dealer only item?

Mine was out more than .024 and I never got a code. You can adjust it all out with a little trial & error.
Can't help you on changing the APPS...never done it.
