Any point in a 245 pump in a 235 truck

Getting a New vp44 any point in getting a 245 pump instead of the 235 pump. Truck will be getting injectors(bigger) eventually and new fuel pump(right away)

I thought the SO (235) pump could flow more fuel.

Stick with the SO pump.

Do not sub pumps. The software in ECM is different and grief may ensue. You are advised.

If you're talking about your 98.5, it came with an SO pump which is what you should stick with.

There is only value in switching if you have an HO pump currently, since the SO has more top-end flow.
