I want to change over to Amsoil and need to know what to buy for the front and rear diffs, transfer case and NV5600.

Thanks

Re:Amsoil question

I use Amsoil 75w-140 Series 2000 in the rear differential and 80w-90 in the front differential. For warranty reasons I use Mopar ATF+4 in the transfer case and my automatic transmission.

Re:Amsoil question

Shovelhead, thanks for the plug.

Good comments so far on what works.

I like to recommend the 75w90 for the front diff, and the 75w140 for the rear.

As far as the transmission, this is from Amsoil Tech support.

The NV5600 transmission does use motor oil such as our AMSOIL Synthetic 5W30 Motor Oil (ASL) s a lubricant.

Thank you,
Jim Van

Hope this helps.
