99 Ram Diesel Transmission Question

99 Ram Diesel Transmission Question
I just bought Factory Service Manual for my '99 2500 with an automatic tranny and was about to adjust the tranny bands when I noticed my tranny code was not listed in the manual. It lists 46RE and 47RE as the two auto trannys available. My truck has a DGB tranny code which after some web searching I discovered is a 45RE tranny. What I'm after is the tranny band adjustment specs for the 45RE. Can anyone help? <br>I'm puzzled that the manual did not show that transmission. Does anyone else have the same tranny in their '99?<br>Steve

Re:99 Ram Diesel Transmission Question
Thanks, but why do I have a DGB tranny code on my underhood sticker when the manual says the 47RE is DGP and the 46RE is DGT? Factory foulup? Thx for all replies!

Re:99 Ram Diesel Transmission Question
I have the DGB listed on mine as a 4 speed auto. The sticker also has DGP listed as an automatic. I don't know why I have two codes ... there is only one tranny .<br><br> PISTOL
