98.5 surging while driving or sitting
Need fixed driving me nuts. Its a 98.5 dodge. Has edge and rv275 injectors. Well its been acting up and surges at idle and driving. Sometimes it goes up in rpms a few hundred and sometimes down rpms. I can sit there with rpm at 2000 and it will surge up and down. Had codes for crank sensor so had replaced was also corroded. replaced fuel filter and spliced at tps to ground pcm was told. No codes now but still surges. Tps was checked and reads correct through out pedal travel.
All help appreciated!

Try unhooking the Edge and see if that makes a difference. Maybe the Edge blew a diode. Also, how long have the 275s been in? Maybe the popoff pressures are out of whack for some reason...

Is your heater control in a mode that would cycle the air conditioner? The only two that do not are dash vents and floor vents. Both dash-floor and any window modes will cycle the ac and cause RPM change (perhaps yours is more severe).
I removed RV275s from my truck because they did not give me an appreciable performance increase and did change idle. It was not bad but occasionally I had about a 100 RPM increase out of the blue for no reason.
