2007 Ram 2500 - Multiple Codes

Guys, need your input on a truck I went and saw today. It's a 2007 Ram 2500 LWB, auto, with 137K miles. It's at a small dealer (they bought it at an auction), Carfax shows it was a "Corporate Truck" (it was used to pull since it has a gooseneck hitch). They are asking $16,800 for it.

When i showed up, they had to jump started since the batteries seem to be dead. Fired right up with the jump start. Did a few visual checks and checked for blowby, all looked good. Took it for a test drive and drove well, tranny shifted good. But I noticed that the check engine light was on, pulled the codes and this is what I got:

• P0073 Inlet Air Temperature Sensor Voltage Too High
• P0073 Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High (TIPM)
• P0088 Fuel Rail Pressure Signal Is Above Max Limit
• P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Low Input
• P0868 Governor Pressure Sensor Volts Too High
• P0973 Transmission Overdrive Circuit Voltage Too Low
• P1749 Transmission Throttle valve position sensor circuit low
• P2146 Bank 1 (Cylinders 1-3) Shorted High Or Low
• P2149 Bank 2 (Cylinders 4-6) Shorted High Or Low
• P2509 Ecm/pcm Power Input Signal Intermittent
• P2509 Powerdown Data Lost Error
• P2769 Transmission TCC Control Circuit Low

What do you guys think? Does this sound like something I should stay away from? I'm trying to move up from my 2nd Gen 12V in to a quad cab. Any thought are appreciated!

Since the batteries were dead and it had been jump started, those codes are flown because of the low battery volt from dead batteries and the high battery volt from jump start machine.
Try clear the codes, drive it to see whether the codes come up again.
Or clear the codes then jump start it to see whether the codes come back. My two cents.

They have labels by the batteries saying "Do not apply more than 12V to the electrical system while charging or jump starting ----------" on my truck.

I was thinking along those lines. I have been reading on many of those codes, and a few sound like it was a result of the batteries being dead.

Some of the codes it came up with, based on what I have read, would make the truck run rough or end up in some sort of limp mode. That was not the case on this truck, ran and drove as it should.

That means those fault conditions don't exist no more. So don't worry about those codes.

Dumb question, but how do I clear the codes? That is one of the nice things about the good ole 12V, no codes to check.

Any code reader can clear codes.
