Your opinions on this Turbo please

My friend just put twins on his second gen and he is selling his turbo he has now. I already have the HX35 that was off of his truck originally but since I upgraded my injectors I'm starting to get a little toasty again, 1500 on full throttle runs threw all the gears. its a 62/71/14.

Would this be a good turbo with the set up in my sig. Would the turbo lag be bad?

My set up is as fallows: 92 Dodge Ext Cab M/T Dually,HX35 w/16cm housing, BHAF, Denny T stage 1 pin,Pump turned up a bit, 366 gov spring, 5X12 sprayers, 4" exhaust, 350HP clutch

hey-Hey!!!,
Judging from the complete lack of responses it must be a bad one. I'll volunteer to try it for you on my rig.
cheers,

People used to say a 62/71/14 Is like the perfect size for a 1st gen.

I would run that thing! should be fun.

might spool a little slow, but it'll be a nice turbo and supply all the air you'll need. Might even wanna step up to 5x14s once you get it on there

A 12cm housing might be a little nicer for spoolup since ya got a stick but it's a nice turbo regardless. Wish I had one.

it will be a great turbo and you wont notice much difference in spool. EGT's will drop and give you more usable power.

I ended up getting a "super b" 57/64/14

it does a great job managing the the EGT's (I can't make them go over 1275), it peaking at 37psi, when cruising it is running about 4psi lower, and it pulls harder longer. Everything is improved. I can't wait to see what kind of mileage I get.
