WTB: drivers window motor, tailgate bar
Hey guys, I'm needed a couple of items and would like to know where to get them.
I need the drivers side window motor, new or rebuilt. also needed is the scissor bar that supports the tailgate. Used is perfect, new is okay.

that pretty common?
I just bought an '89 D350 today, and the passenger window doens't move...
driver's side power window works fine, but neither switch move the passenger window...
if it's not a wire, do I just replace the motor? there's not a fuse anywhere for just the one side, right?
Thanks.

Yes, my motor runs the whole time, but the window starts and stops again. Till today, now it doesn't move at all, but I still hear the motor turning.
so I have to replace the plastic gear on the window motor, then? I thought it was metal? do you take the window motor apart to do this?

That will let you know if you have a break in the wire somewhere. If you still don't hear the motor turn on, pull on each wire to see if they are loose or still connected. IF they are connected then you have a burned out motor.
Mine turns, just the window doesn't move.
