Most likely the multifunction switch.

I'm not sure on the 91.5-93's if they still use the green box for the intermittent wipers? 90 and earlier do, and if they decided to act up anything can happen.

The box controlling the intermittent wipers in my crew has issues. The intermittent will wipe once, then a big pause, then two really fast, then work properly for a while, then if the voltage fluctuates will either slow or speed up.... It's basically working for now so I'll keep running it until it stops, I have several other box's I've got from the wreckers over the years.

If this is the box that's gone on your truck you can find them in most pre-90 dodges, trucks, vans and full size cars, back to around the earlier 80's. One of mine came from a mid 80's dodge diplomat.

The box on the 92s and up is a little black box that mounts to the same brass colered braket that the buzzer box mounts to. I had the same problem on my 92. First i replaced the turn signal and wiper switch by the steering wheel. and that dident work. so i started diging under the dash and found that little control box. I got one out of a 94 1500 and a 93 D250 from the junk yards around town. Now my wipers work like new.
Good luck hope this helps
