SO today I pulled and fixed my door panel and decided to fix the motor in the drivers side window... Well I unbolted the mechanism with the arms on it and cleaned it up and greased/oil it, but I cant for the life of me get it back in. The gear is spring loaded and I cant rotate it to get the bolts in.

Is there a trick to getting that back into place??? 3 hours and 2 gallons of sweat and Im no closer....

try pushing the window all the way up and then set the motor in ? the only door I worked on was off so it made it easier hope that help's
