Did some digging found that THIS is the company that produces gauges for US Marine. Might call them and ask.

Swank,

The Faria tachs work off of a magnetic pick-up that is supposed to count the teeth on the flywheel.

They have a switch on the back for different tooth counts.

Faria told me that I would have to go to Cummins to get the magnetic pick-up.

Looking at the bellhousing,I couldn't imagine where you would install it.

I got a different tach...one that runs off the alternator.
