widest tire on a 2wd?
#17
yeah and sorry I know the 19.5 245/70R19.5 tires aren't wide at all... 245mm width but definitely tall... I was able to easily fit Brand new Toyo MT 265/75R16 on that blue truck through. I ended up trading the toyos for the Ricksons. The Toyos were nice but a waste on a DD 2wd truck that never goes off road.

brandon im good and yes i do have the heavy duty moog springs up front but i dont have the daystar spacer. i just want to go for a new look with my truck. i think im going to do third gen mirrors and wider tires front and rear. right now im running a 235/85/16 up front and i beleive a 265/85/16 rear. i really wanna fill my wheel wells out width wise and have a little space around the top of the tire

I like the cooper stt tires look on almost any truck. They stopped making the style that i like, and i'm unsure how they handle weight. whats nice about them is the soft side wall allows you to mount 12" wide tires on 6.6" wide rims with no problem. Plus the road noise is minimal. Only down side is that they track with the road(bad for roads under construction and lane changes). They also may wear quickly on a heavier truck. I put 15,000 miles on them with almost no wear and mostly highway use.
