Where to start looking

I have a 93' dodge 250, my problem is first time starting in the morning it cranks like no fuel. Once it gets started and running smooth, on restart it fires right up. Just started happening recently, normally it fires up right away. Any suggestions.

You probably have and air leak some where in the fuel system. At the injectors, near the IP, fuel filter , or fuel pre heater gaskets, and maybe even the fuel pump or line?

Your fuel is bleeding back after you shut it down and leave it. Then you are having to crank it over and re-prime the system in the morning.
