Where is the KSB solenoid?

Actually, I would start with the grid heaters. Did they go thru the precycle with the key switch on?
If they did, the KSB is mounted on the side of the injection pump kind of towards the bottom. There will be one wire running to the KSB.

I went to leave this morning and everything seemed normal. Usually when it's colder, you'll hear a high pitch whine while the "Wait to start" light is on. Then it'll click, and you crank. It normally starts up in one crank, even when it's 30 degrees. It's only 50 now. It just cranks and cranks and cranks and doesn't do anything.

Have you done anything around the pump and maybe knocked off the fuel switch wire? Sounds like its not getting fuel to me. I knocked mine off one time when I was working on my oil pressure sending unit.

I have no clue where anything is. I'm getting so tired of random stuff going wrong on this **** truck and not being able to fix it because I don't know where it is. I'm going to buy a FSM.

Look on the left side of the motor on the pump right above where the fuel lines come from. There should be a wire with a terminal that plugs into the switch. Might turn on the key and see if there is voltage if it is plugged up. (It could have justcome loose)

I agree... the KSB is not involved in a no start condition....
The wires on the fuel solenoid are the first place to start....the spade connectors just plain don't stay on tight over time....
Also, it does NOT matter which wire is connected to which contact on the fuel solenoid so don't sweat that part.
Check those first and we can go from there...
