Try your local big rig repair shops or a big rig dealer. They should have or be able to tell you where you can get some.

The steel lines are 1/2" OD. I have never replaced one completely, but I've repaired them. I have 1/2" hose in those repairs.

over the years ive done many manual to auto changeouts All ive ever used is 3/8 rubber fuel line and brass barbs.

All the after market tany cooler use the same thing.

Or you could step it up a little and use hydraulic line

McMaster Carr carries 1/2" steel tubing. It's like $10 for a 6 foot piece.

Not quite so. I used 1/2" ID rubber to connect to the 1/2" barbs on my trans cooler. Easy to find if you look for it.

Just to help a little, I used 1/2" OD thin-wall stainless steel tubing from my local big-machine hydraulics repair outfit. Comes in 10' lengths. Easy to work with a tube bender.
