Whats a good electric fuel pump?

Exactly what it says. Im looking to put a good fuel pump into my rig that will keep up with everything I want to do. Injectors are in the future.
Ive heard good and bad about the Holley blue pump but the price is right. What would be better?

Part #'s please for pump and regulator.
I just replaced my IP and don't want to do it again.

Thanks for your time.

I would suggest a 2nd gen piston pump and a bypass regulator. Simple and reliable.

If you want electric, it's hard to beat the Walbro 392 for the price. Again, a bypass regulator after the filter is what you want.

I don't have a 1st gen but if I did I would convert to piston lift pump, you can get one that is correct for a 1st gen. here is a link with pics & part No's of the conversion. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...ht=PISTON+PUMP

In the how to from BC847 on the pistonlift pump it does not mention a fuel pressure regulator. How much pressure would that pump run?

Thanks all

if you go w an electric pump you can always shut the truck off. may be a good thing if your'e planning on more upgrades. safety first. may save the motor some day.

Until you are too far into a runaway and you suck the seal out of the turbo and run your engine on motor oil fed by the turbo oil line.

The vane pump at the front of the VE will pull fuel through a dead lift pump.
