8.0 Dodge V10 out of a 94-03 pickup .... never seen one of them swapped into anything and they're getting easier to find. Put your nv4500 behind it and see how long it lives.

LOL jimbo486 heavy and really noisy. But a very unique sounding engine. I think thats why I don't hear so well anymore from the old 671s and 871s with short straight pipes. Hmmmm the good ole days "i'm sure glad they are goooonnne".

wouldn't the nv4500 behind the v10 be the same as the ones they put behind the cummings?

Yes the v-10 tranny would fit the Cummins, I belive you need the aluminum bellhouse adapter and a diesel starter though.

Well they got the flatbed off of it (I didn't want it so the $$ was cheeper) and I'll bring it home Monday.
