Yeah, that would run a small set. Use the current turbo up top an an HT3B with the small housing on the bottom. Keep the timing conservative and the boost under 50 psi and it might live.

This is just a brain fart. Nothing more. Make for a good towing set up. I think dynomite diesel can custom make you anything. Piers has +55hp and +75hp listed. What is the range of the HT3B as far as lbs. Couldn't you set both top and bottom turbos to 35-40lbs just to be safe. It would be used for towing so a reliable setup would be needed. Guess-a-mate HP 350-400 range or more TQ 850-950 lbs

You can set twins up to limit boost pretty well if it's a well balanced setup - and I am no authority on that. You need a wastegate on each turbo (you're halfway there) so you can make each turbo do its share of the work. You don't want the top turbo pushing 40 psi while the bottom is making 5 psi.

I know I've said this before, but I question the wisdom of trying to get 350 HP out of a 5.9 in a medium duty truck. I don't think you are going to be able to make it last. The only way it might work is to keep the compression and timing low while pushing enough air through the motor to keep it cool.
