I have got 2500 milles on my'n now. Going to replace the fluid to night(going on a trip,don't want any surprizes!)and will let you now how it looks.
I think that i would still just have them rebuild it....but....it would be nice to now wether you could patch it back to getter in the road!
Evan if the clutch in the GV whent out, you could still drive it home!

well every thing is lubed, top off and eng and GV drained and refilled!
The fluid that i drained out of the GV, look like it did when it when in!
Magnet had a fair amouth of metal on it but was the tooth paste type powder!
All good and ready to roll!
Off to get the honda from my friend, and my body man, in St george Utah.
Going to try and get better the 21 mpg this time......that is if i can keep my foot out of it!

Hey Flash, is your truck a 4x4?
Right nowI get around 18MPG on the road or in town. I'm curious what the GV will do to improve my MPG...
