well i guess i let some #s out , keep in mind i have injectors and fuel pin left . i have them so i just have to get back down there and dyno it with them in the . the motor was rated at the crank 160 hp and 426 tq from the factory i think , it put down 278 rwhp 718 rwtq . its alittle lower than i was shooting for but i think we will still be ok for my goals after the injectors and fuel pin .
and a big thanks to blue for the late night and all the help . and a big thanks to smoke ( aka dee ) to for all the work and late night

You got a problem somewhere. I hit 297 wit my 89. It had stock fuel pin, injectors, lift pump and a auto tranny to boot. Granted, I have updated turbo, exhaust, intercooler and pretty heavy on the full power screw. I should not be making more power then you. I know a guy that has a 92 and he put out that much power even with the smaller factory intercooled injectors.

well my injectors are not in yet and the denny t pin isnt in yet ,those dyno #s are the corrected #s the uncorected #s are 298 rwhp and 747 rwtq plus my buddies dyno seems to read lower than all the other dynos in the tri state area im in .
i might be able to get on the dyno today with all the goodies and see the max power of what im going to do to the truck after the fuel pin and injectors im done with it no matter what it makes . its just a pure tow pig and thats all i do with it thats why i done all the porting work to try and keep egts down right now the max i have seen on egts is 1200 and really getting on it for along time and poring the coal to it .

With a good set of injectors you should be between 350 - 400 RWHP. Your pics show that you are running a stock ported exhaust manifold. They are a weak point - you've already spent a tidy little sum, I would suggest getting a good 3 piece after market exhaust manifold such as an ATS ported manifold. You have the potential to run 400 RWHP with that set up. Good Luck!

Yup.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Have you checked to make sure its getting full throttle travel?

Looks like a fun ride, good job.

All motor usually means Naturally Aspirated. Great numbers though.
