Edit: Ended up using double sided loctape on that end. works better than the crappy clip design.

Hey, T! I see that you, too, have a fancy shcmancy labeling machine, and you like to label things! Are you particular about font size and spelling as I am?? What's bad about me is, I go crazy with those yellow paint pens. If the handwritten font don't look good, it causes me to lose sleep!!

What is with the one phillips head screw?
Your going curse yourself when you need two different screwdrivers to remove them.
Did you not have 4 matching screws in the misc. nut, bolt and screw jar?
Your work is usually so cleanly executed.
Okay serious now…
That is looking great and should go a long way to helping keep the salt and such out of the connections.

I knew you guys were going to bust me on that one.
I had 4 of the same, lost it, and mounted them.
I then found it, but thought one of you pineapples would find it interesting..... and I was right.. It's since been changed to all the same 5/16 drive with a slot.

T-man,
I knew something was up as that was not your style.
My pineapple IS easily amused, and I am okay with that.
On a side note:
I have been driving the '91 at night a bit and just found out the high beams work on and off when you hit the column multi function lever.
Seems to come and go, as you can flick the lever a few times and get them to work again.
I am thinking it might be in then multi function lever itself, but I have not had time to look into it yet.
Or... maybe it is a bad ground as Dodge trucks have a problem with that.
Anyone else have this issue?

The stock headlight grounds are pretty cheesy, though. Wire is way too light and too long. A bad ground there would affect high and low beams equally, on one side or another.

Thanks j_martin!
You are right, it does has 240,xxx on it.
That gives me a better plan of attack, as I have a few spare multi function lever set ups.
I will start there.

The other day, my ignition switch had a brainfart.
I turned the truck off, pulled the key out, and the "key in ignition" buzzer was still buzzing. Jiggled the cylinder forwards, and it went off.
Really weird. No key in it, and it still buzzed.

Be careful, those cylinders like to break off inside, key will turn and maintain the "on" position but won't turn over the truck. Had to replace my cylinder about a year ago.
