Agreed 100%!
I believe we should always give it our best in everything we do so I commend you on that. Sounds like you did a good thing for "bucket guy" and all those involved. If every human took the same approach that you do, could you imagine what a wonderful world it would be? We wouldn't have all the peril if we all just showed more love and respect to each other.
Merry Christmas to you and yours @NJTman

I have this whole week between Christmas and New Year's Day off from work, so I've been making a list of things to do with "Cameltoe", my '93 W250 and "Mooseknuckle", my '86 Ramcharger.
At the top of the list I put "Get Mooseknuckle inspected." That made me chuckle.

Got in Patches yesterday to head to work and the cab started filling up with exhaust fumes...looks like during our 7-10 days of -35 to -49*C I lost a couple exhaust manifold gaskets, Guess I'm puling the manifold on my next days off...hope that goes well. I'm sure to lose a few studs during the removal what hardware have you guys used, grade 5 or 8 bolts work fine? Or should I try and get a stud kit?

Today, I replaced calipers, hoses and pads on the brick.
Since I had it all apart with the plow brackets, and still haven't finished that install, I figured I already bought the calipers and pads, and hoses, might just throw them on.
Bought a shop heater 140,000 BTU unit diesel / kero torpedo. Makes you think it's not 28* out there with all that flame behind you. Not too stinky, either, even using diesel. Mr. Heater.
Mr. Heater
Wife's car is finally out of here to the body shop for evaluation. She was hit from behind on the 16th, and they're finally getting around to picking it up. Got a rental in the meantime, which wife won't drive. This thing is a ROCKET SHIP. 8 speed auto, all the bells and whistles, computer screen, lane avoidance, hits the brakes for you if you come up on someone too close. Crazy ride. I can't stand all this computer stuff, but it's sure fast.

Still good, so far. Maybe slight pulsating when panic stopping, but otherwise have been good.
