I guess your talking about the frame .It was the best one I could find around here the one on my truck was toast .The one I used after I sandblasted it has the dimples in the rear around the and toward the hitch but not rotted thru or needed plated or anything.Brought a like new frame back from Las Vegas But wasn’t educated on the frames then it was the small frame .These high frames unless u have a club cab seem to only on 91.5 to 93s

I see the 8 inch frame on all the '92-'93 Club cabs, both 2wd and 4x4.

I have also seen a bunch of single cab W-350, both single rear wheel and dually versions with the 8 inch tall frame that where made from '89-'93.

The truck came out looking great Gunch!
Hope to get to check it out next summer at Carlisle.

To clarify the '92-'93 gasser club cab frames are 7 inch, the diesel ones get the 8 inch frames.

The Cab and Chassis trucks also get different frame treatments, some of them even get thicker metal that the C-channel frame is made out of.

I answered u twice but for some reason it didn’t go thru but they are off a Hino straight truck I have 2nd gen ones but there is not enough clearance for my hands .They are attached with 1/4 x20 steel inserts and they are Rock solid had to cut trim around them I wanted them tight against the post again they are solid u can swing up in truck with no move

The brick caught topless and at work on the driveway cam. Got bad Powr-Lok chatter going on and maybe some other drivetrain problems.Other than bad paint, ain't it a beaut? I love these trucks. Good lookin simplicity.

New radiator, hoses, belt, fan support bearing and fan shroud. Shes running cool and quiet now. Fan bearing was squealing before and the radiator had several tubes plugged because of a fan collision.

Rain all day today got my trailer plug wired and brake controller wired and new fuse box mounted Also put my tail lights on a relay

Rain stopped this morning so thought I’d wash the truck in doing this I thought Id turn my wipers on to c how I got them adjusted well they went over and back then over and back and then stopped.Just got done replacing the bushing in wiper arm man I love this truck

The bushings can be a pain. I've had the same thing happen.

This is why I have boxes of them on hand.

Got the truck working today. Hauled around 4 tons of asphalt, stone, and 60 year old asphalt , although not all at the same time.

1800 pounds of scrap asphalt from 1959
1860 pounds of fresh asphalt
and
4000 lbs of crushed stone for the driveway.

Truck doesn't even feel as though it's pulling anything (until you go up a hill, that is)

Fun, productive day. Now I can send photos to the insurance company who "made" me repair my driveway, of which I had no intent of doing so.'

Eventually, I'm going to put a paver driveway in, so this was all a temp fix so they don't cancel my Homeowner's policy.

Looks like u did a lot more manual labor than I did .I used Napa brand bushings they crossed over I hope there as good as Dorman or original ones managed to scratch the paint in doing the job but cutting 2 pieces of 12 wire and putting it in the washer hoses helped a lot when doing it yourself .
