Thanks Mark. Could use fresh paint, but a sturdy old truck none the less.

Good looking truck, Clifford...

Love the w350 duallys. I'd own one, or convert mine, if it wasn't such a PITA to plow small driveways with it.....

It had a Lund visor on it at one time, so I found another. If not for that, I wouldn't have put one on...holes were already there. I think some trucks seem to look OK with them, some just don't. It's growing on me.

I was waiting for some sort of slack on that beard in the summer heat.
You should see the winter beard!

But thanks, NJTman, now that you to mention it. I have been working out at the "stacking/splitting wood" Gym.

Went for a drive up to a lake with my daughters today to go swimming. Dirt road in and out from the lake. Lots of noises coming from the truck. Thought for sure the front end was coming apart..........

So after dinner I crawled around checking everything, making sure nothing was coming loose etc. Well my battery hold down had worked it's self loose, and the battery was close to falling down in behind the tray. Also one of the bolts holding the end link in place on the front sway bar was missing....the other one was finger tight. So these got fixed this evening.

Some of the Noises that I could identify are coming from the front outer brake pads...loose and jiggling against the calipers. The skid plate is rattling against the tranny mount. The air cleaner assembly is making noises in it's OEM bracket. These will get fixed this weekend.

But other then that it was a nice day out with the kids.

Here are a couple pics....forgot my good camera, had to use my phone.

I drove it 1300 miles round trip to the Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle Pa. trouble free and loving the 3.07 gears.
I was averaging well over 20 MPG.
I threw the '85 crew right on the show field complete with the period correct '86 pop up camper.
My daughter and I had a great weekend.
My friend said there is a photo on Facebook, for the Carlisle events show coverage of me drinking a beer, in the shade of the old crew.
Sounds like something I would do.
Next time you go to Chrysler at Carlisle shoot me a PM. I live about 40 minutes from the Carlisle fair grounds. I'll even bring beer!

I had a beard for a while, my sideburns don't grow very thick so It looked like something from the civil war era.
